What if I already have a CPA doing some of my year end work, such as my business taxes? Will Balancing Act be able to work with my existing CPA?

Yes! We will be happy to work directly with any CPA of your choice. In fact, we already have over 20 years experience working with independent CPA firms for a variety of things, such as compilation of year end data for CPA tax preparation and providing required financial information for CPA reviews and/or audits. We will work in tandem with your CPA firm and we will make it our goal to ensure that your CPA is thrilled you chose Balancing Act!

What type of software do you use?

Balancing Act utilizes the most recent version of Quickbooks Premier Accounting Software and we continuously update to ensure we offer the latest version available. We believe Quickbooks offers the versatility to handle all the accounting tasks we provide.

What if I already have my own software and prefer to use mine?

We will make every effort to utilize the software of your choice and we will be happy to review any software package that you currently have. If it is workable, we’ll use it!

How much does Balancing Act charge for Bookkeeping services?

Our charges depend on a variety of factors such as the number of services you choose, and the size of your business. We would be honored to meet with you for a free initial consultation and from there provide a quote. Rest assured, however, that Balancing Act will save you considerable time and money! Here’s just one of many ways we will help you save: a professional CPA will typically charge anywhere from $100 to $175 per hour. Balancing Act can provide the same level of service at dramatically reduced rates. You will save at least 60% off those higher CPA rates and often times more than that!
